Delivery
Bigthumbtea Supplier provides delivery service five days a week. Please note that the total price displayed when you place an order does not include shipping costs. We will recalculate and add the shipping fee based on the number of boxes and weight of your goods. The specific fee schedule can be found in the delivery cost table below. After adding or modifying the shipping fee, your order status will change to UPDATE. Please transfer the payment based on the updated total price and include your order number (e.g., 8633). We will process your order upon receiving full payment and deliver it within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends). While this is our standard operating procedure, potential delays and uncertainties may occur. Therefore, we recommend placing your order as early as possible, and we will strive to deliver promptly.
When registering an account, please ensure that you fill in all relevant information (company name, address, phone number, name, postal code) and ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery at your chosen delivery address between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If delivery is missed due to no one being available to sign, a redelivery fee may be charged.
Collection
Our default order option is delivery. If you choose self-pickup, please contact us via WeChat, WhatsApp, or email after placing your order. Ensure that your payment is fully completed before coming to pick up your order.
Delivery Charge
For orders with a total product price below €1200 (excluding VAT), additional delivery charges will apply. Orders exceeding €1200 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery. Please refer to the following table for specific pricing details:
